About the Role

As a Customer Support Executive at EnKash, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless support experience across calls, emails, and chat. You will play a key role in resolving product, transaction, and utility-related queries while maintaining high service quality, turnaround time (TAT), and SLA adherence in a fast-paced fintech environment.


Key Responsibilities

● Handle customer queries through calls and emails.

● Assist customers with product usage, transactions, and service-related issues

● Log customer tickets accurately and ensure timely resolution

● Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and closure as per defined TAT/SLA

● Support customers with utility services such as bill payments, recharges, and BBPS

● Maintain proper documentation and follow support processes consistently

● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality


What We’re Looking For

● 0-3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role

● Strong verbal and written communication skills

● Excellent customer handling and problem-solving abilities

● Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

● Basic understanding of fintech, payments, or utility services is an added advantage

● Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment


Good to Have

● Experience supporting utility services such as electricity bills, recharges, and BBPS

● Prior exposure to fintech, Saas based product, or digital payments customer support
