About the Role As an Integration Support Specialist at EnKash, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient integration of payment gateways for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of payment systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll operate as a technical advisor, helping clients transform their payment processes while contributing to EnKash's positioning as India's premier spend management solution. Key Responsibilities ● Assist clients with the integration of APIs and payment gateways into their systems ● Develop deep understanding of our APIs and payment gateway systems ● Identify and resolve technical issues related to API integrations ● Create and maintain documentation related to integration processes ● Conduct thorough testing of API integrations ● Provide training and support to internal teams and clients ● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards What We're Looking For ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field ● 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in payments industry ● Strong understanding of payment gateway technologies, protocols, and APIs ● Experience with popular payment gateways such as Payu, Razorpay, Cashfree ● Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or PHP ● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills ● Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment ● Knowledge of regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, GDPR) is a plus Why Join EnKash? ● Innovative work culture where creativity is valued over hierarchy ● Join a high-growth fintech serving 60,000+ businesses ● Flat structure that rewards logical thinking and proactive problem-solving Show more Show less
