Job Title: Customer Sales Specialist

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Fixed CTC)

Incentives: Up to ₹7,500 per month (over & above salary)

Nature of the Job:

To introduce and sell company products to potential customers. Product range includes

Water Purifiers, Water Softeners, Vacuum Cleaners, Air Purifiers and Pet Grooming Kits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and contact leads, set appointments, present products at customer’s residence.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Work on digital leads from online platforms and call centres.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge.
• Manage prospective customer database.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Explain product features clearly to customers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Handle customer ID creation and order collection.
• Participate in BTL activities – canopy setups, society programs, exhibitions, trade shows.
• Stay updated on latest technologies and market trends.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: 12th / Graduate / Diploma / ITI
• Experience: Fresher or 6 months sales experience preferred.
• Freshers with right attitude and passion for selling will be considered.

Skills & Personal Attributes:

• Strong networking, negotiation & customer handling skills.
• Good communication skills & pleasing personality.
