Key Responsibilities


🎯 1. CRM & Lead Management (Frappe CRM)


  • Manage, update, and track all leads in

    Frappe CRM

    with complete accuracy.
  • Segment and tag customers by source, location, and project type.
  • Coordinate with sales engineers to schedule appointments and follow-ups.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports from CRM for performance tracking.
  • Use

    Zoho Sheets

    and

    Google Sheets

    for backup tracking and analytics.


🎤 2. Webinars, Seminars & Awareness Programs


  • Plan and host

    online webinars

    (Zoom / Google Meet) to educate customers about solar energy, subsidies, and financing options.
  • Support

    offline seminars

    in partnership with banks, associations, and community groups.
  • Present solar success stories and build awareness at local community events.
  • Ensure all attendees are captured as leads in

    Frappe CRM

    post-event.


🤝 3. Relationship Building & Customer Communication


  • Maintain proactive follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
  • Support customers with KSEB documentation, loan/subsidy assistance, and installation updates.
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and coordinate with internal teams for solutions.
  • Encourage satisfied customers to refer friends or join referral programs.


📊 4. Reporting & Coordination


  • Prepare daily call logs, lead reports, and event summaries in

    Zoho / Google Workspace

    .
  • Collaborate with the sales, service, and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups.
  • Share weekly customer insights during review meetings.

Requirements


  • Graduate (Preferred: BBA / MBA / BCom).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing, inside sales, or CRM roles.
  • Proficiency in

    Frappe CRM

    ,

    Zoho Workspace (Writer, Sheet, Mail)

    , and

    Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)

    .
  • Confident in using

    Zoom / Google Meet

    for webinars.
  • Fluent in

    Malayalam & English

    (mandatory).
  • Bonus: Experience hosting community or bank seminars.
