Key Responsibilities

• Own the Alappuzha territory and drive customer acquisition.
• Generate leads through local networking, WhatsApp outreach, field visits, and referrals.
• Meet homeowners, explain solar benefits, and close deals.
• Use CRMs and mobile tools to manage follow-ups and smart selling.
• Coordinate with the internal Customer Relationship team for proposal tracking and documentation.
• Provide regular feedback and market insights to improve our go-to-market approach.

Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in field sales

  (solar, real estate, insurance, appliances, or services)
• OR

• Prior experience as a founder, freelancer, or self-employed seller

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills

• Able to communicate clearly in Malayalam

  (mandatory); English is a plus
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, mobile apps, and CRM tools
• Motivated, independent, and passionate about making a difference
• Willing to travel locally and take full ownership of territory performance
