Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Analyze customer needs and offer suitable products/services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service and overall experience.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and provide continuous support to ensure their success.

    Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
