Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or services.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the company and customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, operations) to ensure timely delivery and support.
  • Prepare and present customer reports, sales updates, and service follow-ups.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship reviews.
  • Maintain an updated customer database (CRM software).
  • Work towards achieving customer retention and satisfaction targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
