Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or services.
Act as a primary point of contact between the company and customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, operations) to ensure timely delivery and support.
Prepare and present customer reports, sales updates, and service follow-ups.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
Conduct regular client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship reviews.
Maintain an updated customer database (CRM software).
Work towards achieving customer retention and satisfaction targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
