Job Description

The CRM After-Sales professional is responsible for managing customer relationships after purchase, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and fostering loyalty. This role leverages CRM systems to track interactions, analyze customer behavior, and implement strategies that enhance the post-purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain customer records in the CRM system post-purchase.
  • Track and resolve customer complaints, queries, and service requests.
  • Analyze after-sales data to identify trends and improve customer experience.
  • Implement loyalty programs, feedback surveys, and retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate with service, support, and technical teams for timely resolution.
  • Generate reports on customer satisfaction, repeat purchases, and retention metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and CRM best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
