Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM Executive to enhance client experience and loyalty at our Rolex boutique. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer data, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns that reflect the luxury standards of the Rolex brand. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer database (CRM system) with accurate client information. Track and manage client interactions to ensure personalized service. Develop deep relationships with VIP customers and ensure exceptional after-sales follow-up. * Clienteling & Communication: Send personalized communication for birthdays, anniversaries, service reminders, and new product launches. Handle queries and follow-ups professionally and promptly via phone, email, and in-person. * Sales Support: Coordinate with sales associates to track leads, support in-store events, and ensure consistent client engagement. Provide CRM insights to help identify sales opportunities and customer preferences. * Campaign Management: Plan and execute customer retention campaigns and loyalty programs. Work with marketing team to align CRM campaigns with overall brand objectives. * Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular reports on customer engagement, retention, and feedback. Analyze CRM data to identify trends and recommend improvements in customer experience. * Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
