As a Customer Relationship Manager at our company, your role will involve developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients. You will act as a bridge between clients and the internal team, coordinating service delivery and resolving queries effectively. Regular updates to clients about the organization's services, enhancements, and offerings will be a part of your responsibilities. Working closely with sales, support, and accounts teams to enhance the overall client experience is crucial. Addressing client concerns promptly and maintaining accurate client records will contribute to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
