Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Relationship Manager (B2B) to build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners, corporate clients, and stakeholders. The role involves ensuring client satisfaction, managing accounts, driving renewals, and supporting business growth in the EdTech domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with B2B clients (schools, universities, training institutes, corporates).
• Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored EdTech solutions.
• Manage client onboarding, training, and implementation of products/services.
• Monitor client usage, engagement, and feedback to ensure effective adoption.
• Drive client retention, contract renewals, and upselling opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account status, performance, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless client experience.
• Represent the company in client meetings, reviews, and partnership discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B client management / account management (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or Education industry).
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office/Google Suite.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
