Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Contact students or guardians via phone, email, or SMS to follow up on outstanding fee payments. Maintain a daily follow-up sheet and ensure proper documentation of all interactions. Negotiate payment plans and ensure commitments are fulfilled within agreed timelines. Coordinate with internal departments for resolving any billing-related queries. Escalate cases of non-payment to the concerned team as per the escalation matrix. Ensure high recovery rates and reduce outstanding balances. Maintain accurate records of collections and update the system regularly.
