Role Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Admission Counselor with a proven track record in student conversion within the EdTech sector. This role is responsible for meeting prospective students, understanding their needs, and closing admissions. Key Responsibilities: Welcome walk-ins and leads sent by the telecalling team. Conduct detailed counseling sessions to understand learner goals. Present the right program offerings and explain benefits & outcomes. Handle objections, clarify doubts, and guide them through the decision-making process. Achieve monthly admission targets. Maintain accurate admission records and update CRM. Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of counseling/admissions experience in EdTech. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Role Overview: We’re seeking a persuasive and energetic Telecaller with prior experience in the EdTech industry. This role will focus on generating leads, engaging potential learners, and driving them to visit our campus for counseling sessions. Key Responsibilities: Call potential learners from provided databases or leads. Explain Maxopp’s programs, methodology, and career benefits. Build rapport and create urgency to book office visits. Maintain a call log, lead sheet, and follow-up schedule. Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volume and walk-in appointments. Requirements: Proven telecalling or inside sales experience in EdTech (minimum 1 year). Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle objections and turn interest into visits. Goal-oriented with a self-motivated attitude. Comfortable working with CRM or lead management tools.
