Role Overview

Manager – Admissions & Program Operations

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Lead Management

• Own the end-to-end admissions process: lead nurturing, counseling, and conversion.
• Build strategies to optimize lead flow, improve conversion rates, and ensure revenue targets are met.
• Maintain strong relationships with potential learners and act as a trusted advisor.

On-Ground Program Leadership

• Oversee on-ground operations for workshops, events, and program sessions.
• Manage check-ins, logistics, and ensure smooth participant experience.
• Supervise support staff, vendors, and partners for flawless delivery.

Team & Process Management

• Build, train, and manage an admissions/operations support team.
• Set KPIs, track performance, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing for campaigns aligned with admissions goals.

Reporting & Insights

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on admissions, revenue, and operational efficiency.
• Share insights with leadership to support data-driven decisions.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in admissions, sales, operations, or program management (preferably in education/edtech/startup space).
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle both strategy and execution.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
