Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Admission Counselor with a proven track record in student conversion within the EdTech sector. This role is responsible for meeting prospective students, understanding their needs, and closing admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome walk-ins and leads sent by the telecalling team.
• Conduct detailed counseling sessions to understand learner goals.
• Present the right program offerings and explain benefits & outcomes.
• Handle objections, clarify doubts, and guide them through the decision-making process.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Maintain accurate admission records and update CRM.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of counseling/admissions experience in EdTech.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Knowledge of student behavior and decision-making patterns.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,755.84 - ₹35,012.89 per month
