Roles and Responsibilities of an Admission Courses

Age - 32 years

• Lead Generation & Outreach
• Initiate cold calls to prospective students and working professionals to promote certification programs.
• Maintain and update a database of potential leads and follow up regularly.
• Identify target audiences and develop strategies to reach out to them effectively.
• Course Counseling & Sales Conversion
• Understand the educational background, career goals, and interests of candidates to suggest suitable certification courses.
• Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fees, and benefits in a clear and convincing manner.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling and persuasive communication.
• Follow-ups & Relationship Building
• Maintain consistent communication with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Handle queries, objections, and concerns professionally to build trust and close sales.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on interested prospects to maximize conversion rates.
• Sales Targets & Reporting
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and sales reports in CRM or spreadsheets.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve marketing and outreach campaigns.
• Coordination & Team Support
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to ensure accurate and updated course information.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new courses, pricing, and industry trends.
• Support overall business growth by contributing ideas and participating in promotional activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
