ROLES AND RESPONSIBITIES Age Criteria - 30 years Cold Calling & Lead Generation Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents. Generate interest in UG (Undergraduate) and PG (Postgraduate) courses offered. Identify and qualify potential leads from various sources (inquiries, databases, campaigns). Student Counseling & Course Selling Understand the academic needs and aspirations of students. Counsel students on suitable UG or PG programs based on their profile. Provide detailed information about course structure, duration, fees, and admission process. Convince and convert inquiries into admissions. Follow-Up & Relationship Management Follow up diligently with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Maintain good relationships with interested students until successful enrollment. Guide students through the entire application and admission process. CRM & Reporting Update student information and interactions in the CRM system. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Share daily/weekly reports with the sales manager or team lead. Sales Target Achievement Meet or exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets. Work under pressure in a performance-driven environment. Collaboration & Feedback Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and events. Provide feedback to improve lead quality and marketing effectiveness.
