Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Handle incoming calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customer needs.
Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer requirements.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-4 years of experience in BPO voice process, customer handling, or related fields.
Excellent English language proficiency with good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills for resolving customer complaints efficiently.
