Stakeholder Management

Role Objective

Mange a team of approximately 15 - 20 CREs

Ensures 100% CREs exceed their overall KPIs (sales targets, customer satisfaction and experience, quality and productivity standards) 

Provides consistent, balanced and timely performance feedback on CSEs performance 

Coach, develop and engage the CRE's to increase their abilities while enhancing their own careers

Skills Required

Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi 

People management 

Project management 

Stakeholder management 

Analytical ability

Competencies Required

Target & sales number-oriented

People manager 

Aggressive towards sales 

Drive sales under pressure 

Provides continuous learning and feedback sharing to improve sales score

Required Qualification / Experience-

Full Time Graduate / Postgraduate 4 to 7 yrs. of relevant experience in BFSI industry(preferred) Call-center experience in GI industry will be an added advantage

Minimum 3 Years of experience as a team Leader
