Role Objective

Mange a team of approximately 15 - 20 CREsEnsures 100% CREs exceed their overall KPIs (sales targets, customer satisfaction and experience, quality and productivity standards)Provides consistent, balanced and timely performance feedback on CSEs performanceCoach, develop and engage the CRE's to increase their abilities while enhancing their own careers

Required Qualification / Experience-

Full Time Graduate / Postgraduate4 to 7 yrs. of relevant experience in BFSI industry(preferred)Call-center experience in GI industry will be an added advantage

Minimum 3 Years Of Experience As a Team Leader
