Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, driving client retention, and identifying opportunities for business growth through exceptional relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and a high level of customer satisfaction. Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and client loyalty. Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Monitor and manage customer accounts, maintaining accurate records and documentation in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal departments (sales, support, operations) to ensure clients’ needs are met effectively. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and work with the sales team to present value-added solutions to clients. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and propose new initiatives. Prepare regular reports on customer engagement, satisfaction levels, and service trends. Stay up-to-date with company products/services and market developments to offer informed support and advice to clients. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in customer relationship management or client servicing roles (typically 2–5 years). Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail and follow-up. Customer-centric attitude with a passion for delivering quality service. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., hospitality, retail, manufacturing, IT, finance, etc.]. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
