Customer Relationship Managers

Key Deliverables:

• Engage with customers to enrich relationships and increase wallet share.
• Increase the 811 book and Investment AUM portfolio through:
• Customer Acquisition
• Enhancement & Deepening
• Retention strategies
• Manage banking relationships with HNI clients through personalised service.
• Organize and lead sales initiatives, lead generation activities, and client engagement events.
• Promote cross-selling of:
• Balance Builder Products: Demat, Trading, Credit Cards, FD/RD
• Loan Products: Personal, Auto, Two-wheeler, Gold, Home, LAP, LAS, etc.
• Third-Party Products: General & Life Insurance, Mutual Funds
• Other banking services based on customer needs
• Ensure top-tier customer experience and service quality.
• Address customer complaints and queries promptly to improve NPS.
• Comply with defined processes and parameters for new account openings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within city limits.
• Must own a 2/4-wheeler with a valid driving license, RC, and a smartphone.
• Experience in liability sales or knowledge of KYC is an added advantage.
• Graduate with

  1 to 5 years

  of relevant experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with:
• Fintech sector experience
• CASA acquisition background
