Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Location: Behala, Kolkata Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite Department: Sales / Marketing / Client Services Reports To: Head of Customer Success / Sales Manager / Operations Manager Job Summary: The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. This role involves managing client accounts, addressing concerns, identifying new opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and acting as a bridge between the customer and the company’s internal teams. (885 1843 616) Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and business goals Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell/cross-sell efforts Maintain CRM systems and update customer data regularly Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and service teams to improve the customer experience Monitor client satisfaction metrics and proactively work to improve them Provide regular reports and feedback to management Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Proven experience as a CRM or in a similar client-facing role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills Time management and organizational proficiency Preferred Qualifications: Experience in customer relationship management Knowledge of digital marketing, B2B sales, or customer retention strategies Multilingual skills are a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Training & development opportunities Collaborative and positive work environment Opportunities for career growth Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Required) total work: 3 years (Required) Language: Bengali (Required) Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (Required)
