We are looking for 2 two candidates in our sale team. they should have following qualities. supporting sales teams by streamlining processes, managing technology, and providing data analysis to improve efficiency and performance. Analyst, and Specialist, focus on tasks such as CRM administration, territory planning, sales forecasting, and ensuring sales strategies align with business goals. they should be a blend of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and operational execution to help the sales team to meet revenue targets.  Key responsibilities. . Telephonic communication skills. Process optimization: Streamlining workflows and processes to make the sales team more efficient. Data analysis: Analyzing sales data to provide insights, track metrics, and inform strategy. Technology management: Administering and managing the CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Forecasting and planning: Developing sales forecasts and helping with territory planning and pipeline management. Sales support: Providing to the sales team leads, data, and strategies needed to succeed. Collaboration: Working with other departments like marketing, finance, and IT to align on goals and execution.
