We need a field sales representative/salesperson who willing to travel in all India to visiting potential and existing customers face-to-face to generate sales and build relationships. He should be responsible for finding new leads, demonstrating products or services, securing deals, and providing customer support. Required in him a strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively. He should be disciplined to obey the company rules and responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers in the field who could benefit from the company's products or services. Relationship Building: Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Sales and Closing: Following up the leads generate orders and completing the loop of the deals. Market Monitoring: Keeping track of competitors, market trends, and new product offerings to stay competitive. Essential Skills Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport, establish trust, and communicate effectively with diverse clients. Negotiation Skills: Persuading clients and closing sales successfully. Independence: The capacity to work autonomously and manage one's time and schedule effectively. Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of the products or services being sold to effectively communicate their value. Presentation Skills: Presenting information and products clearly and engagingly to potential customers. Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills are needed for creating presentations, marketing materials, and delivering reports.
