Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive CRM Manager to lead and optimize our customer relationship initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experience, streamlining communication processes through the Klicpic app and related platforms. This role requires both strategic insight and hands-on execution to ensure smooth customer journeys and improved business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:

Design and drive structured customer engagement touchpoints across the lifecycle to boost retention, satisfaction, and referrals.

• CRM Process Automation:

Identify and implement automation opportunities within the Klicpic app and customer service workflows to improve operational efficiency.

• Customer Communication Management:

Ensure timely and consistent customer updates via Klicpic app admin panel and integrated cloud telephony systems.

• Requirement Gathering & Process Design:

Establish efficient, scalable systems to capture and process customer requirements, ensuring accurate execution of photography services.

• Lead Qualification & Pipeline Development:

Oversee daily call/email operations to qualify leads and build a strong pipeline for the sales and photography teams.

• Referral & Loyalty Program Enhancement:

Leverage customer relationships to generate referrals and continuously optimize loyalty initiatives using CRM tools and digital solutions.

• Photoshoot Coordination & Feedback Management:

Manage scheduling of onsite photographers and gather structured feedback to improve shoot quality and customer satisfaction.

• Performance Review & Reporting:

Track and analyze the performance of CRM initiatives and customer data to provide actionable insights for business improvement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in CRM management, customer experience, or client servicing
• Proven experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or custom platforms)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with cloud telephony and app-based customer platforms is a plus
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and tech teams
• Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for process improvement and automation
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
