Customer Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product or service information in a professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Manage and update customer accounts, track follow-ups, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Communicate clearly through written, verbal, and digital platforms; handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
• Create content and engage customers across digital platforms (social media, emails, WhatsApp marketing) to enhance brand visibility and promote offers.
• Support digital marketing activities such as managing online reviews, implementing campaigns, and tracking engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operational teams to improve customer experience and deliver aligned messaging.
• Monitor and report on customer trends, preparing regular feedback summaries and process improvement suggestions.

• Requirements:

• 15 years experience in customer service, support, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software, digital communication platforms, and social media management tools.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies (social media, email, online promotions).
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results to deadlines.
• Bachelors degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
