Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to prospective customers, pitching personal loan products, understanding customer requirements, explaining loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment structure, and converting leads into successful applications. The role involves following up with interested customers, maintaining call disposition and lead updates in CRM/dialer systems, and ensuring quality conversions as per company and partner lender guidelines. The executive will be expected to achieve daily and monthly disbursement targets, adhere to compliance and calling SOPs, coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for smooth processing, and ensure a professional customer experience at all times. Prior experience in personal loan telecalling, banking, NBFC, or fintech sales is preferred, with strong communication skills in Hindi and regional languages being an added advantage.
