The Role

Customer Relationship Manager (After-Sales)

What You’ll Do

  • Be the single point of contact for assigned accounts—own SLAs, escalations, and customer delight.
  • Plan and track installations, preventive maintenance, calibration schedules, AMCs & warranty claims.
  • Diagnose issues remotely/onsite; coordinate with Service, Production, and QA for quick resolution.
  • Maintain CRM/ERP (tickets, RMA, spares, site reports) and publish MIS/NPS/CSAT dashboards.
  • Conduct customer trainings, refreshers, and safety audits; capture VOC to drive product improvements.
  • Expand wallet share—identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (AMCs, spares, upgrades).
  • Create and standardize after-sales SOPs, checklists, and documentation (OISD/ATEX/IECEx context).

Must-Have Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech

    in

    Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation

    (or equivalent).
  • 2–7 years in After-Sales / Service / Customer Success for industrial products or systems.
  • Fluent in English

    (spoken & written); strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Presentable

    , professional demeanor; confident with customer meetings and trainings.
  • Hands-on approach with field visits, root-cause analysis, and coordination across teams.
  • Comfortable with CRM/ERP tools (e.g., ERPNext, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Willing to travel pan-India as customer needs arise.

Good to Have

  • Experience in gas detection, instrumentation, process safety, or Oil & Gas/CGD environments.
  • Knowledge of SIL, OISD guidelines, ATEX/IECEx/PESO compliance, and calibration best practices.
  • Exposure to service commercial models (AMCs, spares, SLAs) and basic P&L hygiene.
