The Role As a Customer Relationship Manager (After-Sales) , you’ll own the customer experience post-deployment—ensuring smooth onboarding, timely service, proactive maintenance, and growth of key accounts. What You’ll Do Be the single point of contact for assigned accounts—own SLAs, escalations, and customer delight. Plan and track installations, preventive maintenance, calibration schedules, AMCs & warranty claims. Diagnose issues remotely/onsite; coordinate with Service, Production, and QA for quick resolution. Maintain CRM/ERP (tickets, RMA, spares, site reports) and publish MIS/NPS/CSAT dashboards. Conduct customer trainings, refreshers, and safety audits; capture VOC to drive product improvements.
