Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The CRM Specialist will manage customer relationships, track and analyze customer interactions, and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, conducting sales activities, and utilizing CRM software to manage customer data. The role also involves project management tasks, ensuring client projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

• Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Data Driven CRM
• Proficiency in Project Management
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Prior experience in F&B industry is preferred
• Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
