Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Associate located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Content Associate will be responsible role in executing the brand’s content strategy across digital platforms. Working closely with the Senior Content Creator and the marketing team, this individual will assist in producing engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with the brand’s tone and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in editing videos, reels, and photo content for digital platforms.
• Support basic graphic design tasks using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
• Help in planning and executing content shoots alongside the senior content team.
• Assist in scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms.
• Monitor and share updates on content performance and engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content assets.
• Maintain and organize the content calendar and digital asset library.
• Research current trends, formats, and viral content ideas for inspiration.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and content planning sessions.
• Handle administrative tasks related to shoot logistics and file management.

Qualification

• 0–2 years of experience in content creation, editing, or social media.
• Proficiency in basic editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut).
• A keen eye for detail, creativity, and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
