Customer Relationship Management Manager

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Manager to manage client relationships,ensure smooth post-sales processes,and enhance customer satisfaction in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills,experience in CRM tools, and the ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with clients throughout the sales and post-sales process.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups for payments, documentation, and queries
• Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams for seamless transaction processing. 
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Monitor and improve customer experience by gathering feedback and implementing best practices.
• Assist in executing customer engagement activities, events, and loyalty programs.
• Generate reports on customer interactions, payment status, and service efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•  years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales support (real estate experience preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar). 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle client escalations effectively.
• Knowledge of real estate processes, documentation, and regulations is a plus
