Qualifications

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in a call centre or customer support role
• Experience in the

  furniture or electronics industry

  is an added advantage
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Good listening skills with a customer-focused approach
• Attention to detail and basic system/data entry skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
