Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Trivandrum. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and handling employee relations. The role also involves ensuring efficient HR management and providing support to the HR team in various functions.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Proficiency in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
