Key responsibilities

1. Act as the first point of contact for all customer queries, feedback, and escalations.
2. Maintain and update customer information, booking details, and payment schedules in CRM systems.
3. Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, and project teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely communication.
4. Manage handover and possession processes, ensuring documentation and formalities are completed accurately.
5. Send regular project updates and payment reminders to customers.
6. Handle agreement drafting, registration coordination, and allotment letters in liaison with the concerned departments.
7. Organize and participate in customer meets, site visits, and project walkthroughs.
8. Monitor and report customer satisfaction levels; take initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
9. Ensure all communication and correspondence with customers are handled professionally and efficiently.
