About the Role

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement

  custom solutions

  within the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Customize

  forms, views, dashboards, and user interfaces

  to enhance usability.
• Develop and maintain

  plugins, workflows, and custom workflow activities

  .
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with

  external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and SSIS

  .
• Perform

  data migration and management

  using SQL Server and related tools.
• Create and maintain

  JavaScript web resources

  to improve user experience.
• Ensure compliance with the

  Dynamics 365 security model

  (roles, teams, business units).
• Provide

  technical support, training, and troubleshooting

  for CRM users.
• Prepare and maintain

  technical documentation

  for developed solutions.
• Stay updated with the

  latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of

  Dynamics 365 CE architecture, customization, configuration, and integrations

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI

  .
• Proficiency in

  C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server

  .
• Familiarity with

  CRM SDK, data migration tools (SSIS), and integration frameworks

  .
• Solid understanding of

  CRM business processes

  (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
• Strong

  problem-solving skills

  and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent

  communication and collaboration skills

  with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, IT, or related field

  .
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred).
