Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Design effective approaches for sourcing, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates across functions.
  • Stakeholder management: Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring objectives and workforce planning needs.
  • End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting, candidate sourcing (job portals, social media, referrals, events), screening, and assessment to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Talent pipeline management: Build and maintain strong pools of potential candidates for both immediate and future requirements.
  • Data-driven hiring: Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to spot improvement opportunities and ensure process excellence.
  • Candidate experience: Ensure a seamless, positive, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Advisory role: Guide hiring managers in crafting job descriptions and consult on best talent assessment practices.
  • Employer branding: Promote the employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 8-10 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with demonstrated success in sourcing, assessing, and hiring for diverse business functions (including Non-IT and IT roles in NBFC/BFSI sectors).
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, or other recruitment tools.
  • Expertise in sourcing: Strong command of recruiting via databases, social media, professional networks, and referral programs.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates of all seniority levels.
  • Analytical ability: Skilled at tracking metrics, analyzing data, and presenting actionable insights on recruitment performance.
  • Organizational agility: Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in fast-paced, dynamic settings
