Role Overview

CRM Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Call customers regarding:
  • Delivery issues (NDR)
  • RTO (return-to-origin) resolutions
  • Purchase feedback and product experience
  • Encouraging repeat buying / reorder reminders
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and feedback.
  • Share insights on purchase behavior and customer satisfaction with management.
  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth order flow and issue resolution.
  • Assist in reducing RTO and improving customer retention.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate (any stream), fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi + English).
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and customer-first mindset.
