B2B Sales Manager (Delhi NCR, On-Field)

About the Role

Awear Beauty is seeking a passionate and proactive B2B Sales Representative to drive our growth among dermatologist clinics across Delhi NCR. This field-based role involves onboarding new dermatologists, strengthening relationships with existing partners, and expanding on-ground sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard dermatology clinics and practitioners in Delhi NCR.
• Cultivate and grow sales volume with existing accounts through regular visits and strategic planning.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations showcasing Awear’s UV protection and skincare benefits.
• Negotiate terms, manage contract closures, and maintain updated sales records.
• Act as the face of Awear Beauty—representing the brand during client meetings and industry events.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, pharmaceutical, or related sectors.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Comfortable working independently with regular travel across regions.
