What You’ll Be Doing • Designing stunning graphics for our Instagram, website, emails, and ads • Editing scroll-worthy Reels and TikToks using raw content or UGC • Turning product benefits into clean, engaging visuals that tell a story • Keeping our brand vibe consistent — think minimal, modern, fresh • Collaborating with the content and marketing team to bring campaigns to life • Making sure every piece of content feels like Awear and performs well You’ll Love This Role If You • Have 2+ years of experience in design or video editing, ideally with beauty or fashion brands • Are confident in Canva, but also comfortable with Adobe, Figma, or CapCut • Can edit videos with tight pacing, great music, and text overlays that hit • Have a sharp design eye and are obsessed with clean layouts and typography • Know how to make content look aesthetic without losing its purpose • Work fast, stay organized, and don’t need someone to micromanage your every move Bonus If You • Can do light motion graphics or animations • Understand how content performs and can tweak visuals accordingly • Love skincare and already have a Pinterest board full of creative inspo • Stay up to date with what’s trending visually on social media What You Get • A creative-first team that values good work and fresh ideas • Free products and early access to launches • Ownership and real visibility, your work won’t get lost in someone’s Google Drive • A no-drama, no-corporate-BS kind of environment • Sound like your vibe?
