• Work closely with the founder & marketing team to

  turn ideas into scroll-stopping content

  to edits.
• Repurpose raw footage from

  UGC creators, shoots, and campaigns

  into polished social-first content.
• Experiment with

  fast cuts, pacing, and creative captions

  to boost engagement.
• Maintain Awear’s

  sleek, modern, watery brand aesthetic

  across all edits.
• Keep track of content performance and suggest

  new editing styles

  based on trends.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years experience

  editing short-form video content.
• Strong command of editing tools like

  CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects

  .
• A strong

  eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual trends

  .
• Obsessed with Instagram/TikTok culture — you

  know what works

  to stop the scroll.
• Flexible, fast, and comfortable working in a

  startup where ideas move quickly

  .

• Portfolio required

  : 3–5 short-form video links (Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts).
• Bonus: Interest in

  beauty/skincare/lifestyle content

  .
