What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit

  Instagram Reels, Stories, TikToks

  and short-form video content.
• Work closely with the founder & marketing team to translate ideas into

  viral-ready campaigns

  .
• Stay on top of

  Gen Z + beauty trends

  , memes, and editing styles.
• Plan and execute

  UGC-style shoots

  (with creators/customers) and in-house brand shoots.
• Create

  social-first edits

  for campaigns, influencer collaborations, and ads.
• Ensure all content aligns with

  Awear’s sleek, modern, watery aesthetic

  .
• Track content performance and suggest

  creative growth hacks

  to boost reach.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years experience

  in content creation, reels editing, or social media video production.
• Strong skills in

  CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects / Canva

  .
• A

  creative eye for trends, hooks, transitions, and sound selection

  .
• Ability to

  make gold out of nothing

  — turn everyday moments into shareable content.
• Comfort working in a

  fast-paced startup

  where ideas move from concept → execution in days.
• Portfolio of

  3–5 Reels/short videos

  you’ve edited/shot (required for application).
• Passion for

  beauty, skincare, and lifestyle storytelling
