What We’re Looking For: Proven experience creating viral or high-performing social videos. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects . Strong understanding of visual pacing, hooks, and TikTok/Shorts trends . Bonus: Interest in social discussion, tech, or current affairs.
