Role Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing Glocery’s digital presence across multiple platforms. This role will involve creating and executing engaging content, running strategic marketing campaigns, overseeing product shoots, and building brand awareness in the skincare and wellness industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies to grow audience engagement across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms. Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, and videos that align with brand aesthetics and tone. Write compelling content for social media, website, newsletters, and marketing campaigns. Conceptualize and manage photoshoots and video shoots for product launches, campaigns, and lifestyle content. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and engagement. Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to increase brand reach and conversions. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity . Research skincare and wellness trends to identify content opportunities and stay ahead in the market. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to expand brand reach. Contribute to email marketing campaigns and promotions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if compensated by experience). 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry . Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO basics, and paid ad campaigns . Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills with a flair for engaging content. Experience in content creation and photoshoot coordination . Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media and campaign performance data. Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about skincare and wellness.
