Role Overview

managing and growing Glocery’s digital presence


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement 

    social media strategies

     to grow audience engagement across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms.
  • Plan, create, and schedule 

    high-quality content

     including posts, reels, stories, and videos that align with brand aesthetics and tone.
  • Write compelling content

     for social media, website, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conceptualize and manage 

    photoshoots and video shoots

     for product launches, campaigns, and lifestyle content.
  • Monitor and analyze 

    social media performance metrics

     to optimize campaigns and engagement.
  • Create and manage 

    paid advertising campaigns

     (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to increase brand reach and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent 

    brand voice and visual identity

    .
  • Research skincare and wellness trends to identify 

    content opportunities

     and stay ahead in the market.
  • Develop and execute 

    influencer marketing strategies

     to expand brand reach.
  • Contribute to 

    email marketing campaigns

     and promotions.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if compensated by experience).
  • 2+ years of experience

     in digital marketing, preferably in the 

    skincare, beauty, or wellness industry

    .
  • Strong understanding of 

    social media algorithms, SEO basics, and paid ad campaigns

    .
  • Exceptional 

    copywriting and storytelling skills

     with a flair for engaging content.
  • Experience in 

    content creation and photoshoot coordination

    .
  • Proficiency with 

    Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools

     is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media and campaign performance data.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about skincare and wellness.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
