Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Prospecting: Reach out to prospective students and educational institutions through outbound calls to introduce our programs, offerings, and services. Identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Product Demonstration: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the company’s courses and educational programs to prospective customers, understanding their needs and matching them with the right solutions. Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with prospective customers by providing exceptional service, answering questions, and offering support during the decision-making process. Customer Engagement: Participate in follow-up communication with potential customers to nurture leads and drive conversions. Outreach Campaign: Plan, execute, and manage targeted outreach campaigns to engage potential customers across multiple platforms (email, social media, phone, events, etc.). Required Skills Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions and content creation. Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze customer data and trends to identify growth opportunities. CRM Software: Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success.
