Key Responsibilities Assist in identifying and prospecting potential leads through market research, online platforms, and networking activities. Collaborate with the sales team to help close deals and achieve sales targets. Participate in client meetings, both virtually and in person, to learn about customer needs and the sales process. Assist in managing and tracking sales inquiries, follow-ups, and client communications to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction. Help in maintaining and updating the customer database and CRM system with accurate lead and sales information. Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to provide insights that can improve the sales strategy. Qualification & Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal teams. Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic familiarity with CRM software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. Positive attitude with a strong willingness to contribute and take on new challenges.
