Prepare competitive pricing quotations and proposals for customers and sales teams. Coordinate with internal departments to collect shipment details and ensure accurate pricing. Maintain up-to-date rate sheets, tariffs, and carrier contracts. Ensure all rate quotes are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and airline capacity changes. Support the sales team in preparing RFQs (Request for Quotations) and tenders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with airline representatives and global agents. Assist in developing pricing strategies to enhance profitability and market share. Analyse past shipment data to optimize pricing strategies.
