Job Description

  • Customer Interaction & Support
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or services.
  • Feedback & Improvement
  • Collect and record customer feedback for product or service improvements.
  • Relay insights to relevant departments for continuous enhancement.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer service metrics and performance.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams
  • Collaborate with sales, technical support, logistics, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the customer and internal teams.
  • CRM & Software Usage
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage customer data and interactions.
  • Update records regularly and ensure data accuracy.
  • Sales & Upselling Support
  • Support the sales team by identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide product or service recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Service Quality Assurance
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
  • Adhere to company service standards, guidelines, and policies.
  • Problem Resolution
  • Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Offer proactive solutions to prevent recurring problems.
  • Training & Self-Development
  • Stay updated on company products, services, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve communication and service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
